The newsletter is distributed to over 160 legal professionals and members of the SCBA four times per year, on a quarterly basis. Purchasing ad space with SCBA is a cost effective way to market to hundreds of legal professionals.

Orders with smaller file sizes can be submitted via e-mail to: Design@SynProject.com. Be sure to include all instructions for the job in the body of your message with your contact information. Files not properly prepared, have missing elements, or other problems will require additional preparation fees with a $50 minimum.
Specification Requirements
Files must be sized at 100% and compression must be off for all images and graphics saved in your file. We are compatible with .PDF, .JPG, .GIF (animated, if appropriate), .ESP, .TIF, .PSD file formats and recommend high quality 72dpi for best results. Please be sure to match size dimensions, as files will not be re-sized.
Natural File Types:
We accept Illustrator and Photoshop. Please convert all fonts to outlines/curves/paths or provide all printer and screen fonts. Embed all images and graphics or include them in a separate folder.
Ad Approval
Subject matter, wording, size, typography, illustration, and form of the advertising shall be subject to the approval of the Seminole County Bar Association. However, no changes to such advertising shall be made without the consent of the Advertiser.
